Guidelines for registration and payments

The presenting authors and all participants of ICULA 2025 must register for the conference using the registration form given below. Registration for the conference includes a non-refundable registration fee. Please fill the registration form below.


The registration fee will include the following conference package:

  • Eligibility to participate in the inauguration and all technical sessions physically.
  • Presenting authors will receive a presentation slot (10 minutes for a presentation and 05 minutes for Q&A).
  • Refreshments and lunch.
  • A conference kit including a conference bag and the proceedings.
  • A certificate for presenting research or attendance.
